Thank you for getting back to me. While I understand that you are busy we are a family of 6 that had quite a lots of unexpected costs due to the cancellation. If you could give me a more specific time scale as I will start being charged interest charges by my bank
@British_Airways@British_Airways do you know your call center staff are booking families onto flights to Canada without telling them the visa requirements and when challenged saying it’s not their problem. As a substitute to their original booking
@British_Airways@British_Airways do you have a policy for disabled children and cancelled flights. As my son is about to board a flight where he’s not even sat with his main caregiver. #classy
@British_Airways We’ve had to apply to visa to fly into Canada, offered no form of compensation and flying into a different airport than we flew out of . @British_Airways can you please add some clarity to why this has happened to us ?
@British_Airways@British_Airways your call centre staff were completely incompetent today. Not only did I have to remind them to lower their tone I spent nearly 4 hours on 2 separate calls as the flights that I had been told had been booked hadn’t been.
@British_Airways@British_Airways the same people told me the reason that the flight cancelled today was because it was over booked and didn’t have staff to manage the flight. I am travelling with a disabled child and we have been left to with the most shocking options.
@British_Airways Why were we cancelled? Because BA haven’t got the staff to man the flight …that was one excuse and the next was because the flight was overbooked. Shame on you @British_Airways . The rudeness from the call centre staff who shouted at me on the phone and had to be reminded to
