We are asking you to come forward. You can remain completely anonymous if you choose. I have already interviewed seven former Turning Point employees, and every single one of them can confirm that their identities have been protected. Your privacy will be respected.

Many of you have been hesitant because of the NDA you signed. You should know that the NDA is overly broad and largely unenforceable when it comes to sharing your personal experiences or exposing potential criminal activity. It was primarily designed to protect trade secrets and internal operations — not to silence people from speaking about what they witnessed.

Next week, we will be releasing an interview with a former Turning Point employee who was fired after being diagnosed with cancer. Her story is heartbreaking, and it shows exactly why more people need to speak out.

On the Katie Miller podcast, Riley Gaines slipped up and admitted that Turning Point USA has been falling apart since Charlie Kirk’s death. She said Erika Kirk has “led this ship straight on the path of the Titanic,” before quickly trying to walk it back and claim the treatment of Erika has been “detestable.”

The damage was already done.

For months, many have been pointing out the internal chaos, chapter president resignations, and growing dysfunction inside Turning Point USA. Now even Riley Gaines — someone deeply tied to the organization — let the mask slip and confirmed that things are falling apart behind the scenes.

She tried to recover by praising Erika, but the initial comment revealed what a lot of people have suspected for a while: Without Charlie, the glue is gone, and the organization is struggling badly under its current leadership.

This wasn’t some random criticism from an outsider. This came from someone who has been heavily platformed and protected by Turning Point circles. And even she couldn’t hide how bad things have gotten.
