@HMRCcustomers I did manage to get through, after 49 minutes, only for the woman to then hang up on me. Seems pretty unfair after a 49 minute wait, don't you think @HMRCcustomers ? At least give me 10 seconds to walk to a different part of the house for better signal.

@British_Airways I have been waiting over a week for my voucher. In the meantime the cost of the flight I want to rebook is going up and up. Deliberate? This is not fair!

@easyJet due to the Croatia travel restrictions, I would like to switch my flight destination please. It's on 01/09/20, however the change fee is more than flight cost. Your phone line said fees are waived but this isn't reflected on 'manage my bookings'- help!

Appalling customer service from @secret_escapes. Due to holiday on the 18/03/20 and still no refund or response. Our tour operator cancelled the booking with no charge so SE are sat on £2,500+ of MY money! They say they will 'look in to it' but they lie.
