Teachers and TTO support staff get paid the same every month (subject to payroll additions/deductions etc) as their salary is pro rated across the year to account for the weeks when they are not in work. But they don’t get 13 weeks PAID holiday. Common misconception

@thehundred The Hundred shop’s lack of customer service damages your brand overall. I ordered nearly 3 weeks ago and still not here (nor a dispatch notification) so we won’t have the gear for the match on Saturday and the kids are so disappointed 😢 It’s certainly affected a special day!

Feel misled as 1 direct report resigned after I accepted role but won’t be replaced with their work diverted to me. Previous SBM left in March and all virtually untouched since.

@SBLconnect I’ve just started as SBM at a school and it’s a total mess. Virtual SBM is unhelpful/constrained. No handover notes. Head is too busy. What should I do / where to start??

@ProfKarolSikora Thoroughly agree. Had a shoulder problem. GP quickly prescribed drugs. Maybe Xray. Never suggested exercise. Physio charged me £00s with little impact. Went to the gym and for £30/m have fixed it and feel brilliant now! It doesn’t work for all, but certainly for some it could.
