@ScotRail both loos on the 1355 from Helensburgh Ctl out of order. Off-duty driver in our carriage was kind enough to manual override after the guard said ‘nothing he can do’. OD driver said ‘glad he was able to help us’. Great customer service from him but pls service the loos!

@santanderukhelp Team. Really need to get your Cust.Serv situation sorted. 60min on hold Sunday to be told that my request wasn’t possible on a Sunday. On hold again today 30min to be told your systems are down. Please please invest in call-back tech - customers will thank you!
@santanderukhelp 0800 912 3123. To be clear, I was on hold for 30 minutes, got through to someone and was told system was down and told to call back later.
