My uncle passed away, due to which i had to cancel mine & wife’s flight tickets as we had to go to take care of family & cremation
In response, Indigo says, only my flight is refundable & not my wife
How will she go?
My wife had to travel with me, and do you think, we are making this up ?
@AkasaAir at the same time understood the issue & took a moral ground to refund us
We cancelled the tickets 10 days before the scheduled Indigo flight too.

There is no call back whatsoever happening. I will have to raise this with Ejagriti and Consumer Court forum.
