.@Delta solid customer service. Gate agent at LAX had a smile on her face after she saw us be 8 pounds over to charge us an additional $200 dollars ($300 total for that bag). When asked why she was laughing & smiling, w my 1 yr old & 3 yr old, it just… made our lives so great.
