During the 55th Anniversary celebrations of the Lakshmi Ladies Association, I made a commitment to address the concerns surrounding their ageing and damaged building.

Today, I visited the premises along with concerned officials to review the status of the ongoing dispute between the Corporation and the Association and explore all possible avenues to restore the property rights to the Association.

We remain committed to pursuing a fair resolution and ensuring that the Association's rightful interests are protected.

லட்சுமி மகளிர் சங்கத்தின் 55வது ஆண்டு விழாவில் கலந்துகொண்டபோது, பழுதடைந்த நிலையில் உள்ள அவர்களது கட்டிடம் தொடர்பான பிரச்சினைகளுக்குத் தீர்வு காண்பதாக உறுதியளித்திருந்தேன்.

Over these days, we travelled across the constituency, met people at their doorsteps, listened to them and carried our message directly to every corner of Madhuranthakam.

The love and support for our candidate Thirumathi K. Maragatham Kumaravel, our Whistle symbol and the leadership of Hon’ble Chief Minister Thiru. C. Joseph Vijay avl. has been truly overwhelming.

The campaign ends today. Now, the people will speak through their vote.

Yesterday’s campaign at Madhuranthakam in support of our TVK candidate Thirumathi K. Maragatham Kumaravel was filled with tremendous energy, warmth and affection from the people.

As we travelled across different parts of the constituency and interacted with the people, I explained the key achievements and initiatives of our TVK Government over the past four months and also listened to their views and expectations.

I also participated in a Theru Munai Kootam and addressed the gathering, speaking about the work carried out by our government and its people-centric initiatives.

Throughout the campaign, the strong connection people have with the leadership of Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Thiru. C. Joseph Vijay avl. and their response to the work of our government were clearly visible.

வானகரம், கன்னியம்மன் கோவில் தெரு பகுதியில் அனுமதியின்றி செயல்படும் வணிக நிறுவனங்கள் மற்றும் சாலை, தெருவிளக்கு, CCTV கண்காணிப்பு உள்ளிட்ட அடிப்படை வசதிகள் இல்லாதது குறித்து பொதுமக்களிடமிருந்து பெறப்பட்ட புகார்களின் அடிப்படையில் இன்று நேரில் சென்று ஆய்வு மேற்கொண்டேன்.

பொதுமக்கள் முன்வைத்த குறைகளை களத்தில் ஆய்வு செய்து, சம்பந்தப்பட்ட துறைகள் மூலம் உரிய நடவடிக்கை எடுத்து, தேவையான அடிப்படை வசதிகளையும் பாதுகாப்பையும் உறுதி செய்ய அறிவுறுத்தினேன்.

Following complaints from residents of Kanniamman Kovil Street, Vanagaram, regarding unauthorised commercial establishments and the lack of basic amenities, I visited and inspected the area today.

The concerns raised, including poor road conditions, inadequate street lighting and the need for CCTV surveillance, were reviewed on the ground.

Necessary action will be taken up with the concerned departments to address these issues and ensure better civic amenities and safety for the residents.

🔹 Expediting patta issuance for Grama Natham lands in the constituency that remain without patta

Requested necessary action to address these long-pending issues and provide appropriate solutions for the people of the constituency.

ரமணியம் சைதன்யா குடியிருப்போர் அளித்த புகாரின் பேரில், வார்டு 145 அருகிலுள்ள பகுதியை நேரில் ஆய்வு செய்தேன்.

கோயம்பேடு சந்தையிலிருந்து வரும் காய்கறி கழிவுகள், குடியிருப்புகளுக்கு அருகிலுள்ள இடைநிலை கழிவு சேமிப்பு மையத்தில் கொட்டப்படுவதால் கடும் துர்நாற்றம் ஏற்பட்டு பொதுமக்களுக்கு சிரமம் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது.

சந்தை நிர்வாகத்தை கவனிக்கும் DRO மற்றும் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட CMDA அதிகாரிகளிடம், தேங்கியுள்ள அனைத்து கழிவுகளையும் ஒரு வாரத்திற்குள் முழுமையாக அகற்ற உத்தரவிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. மேலும், இந்த இடைநிலை கழிவு மையத்தை குடியிருப்பு பகுதிகளிலிருந்து மாற்றுவதற்கான மாற்று இடமும் ஆய்வு செய்யப்பட்டு வருகிறது.

பிரச்சினைக்கு நிரந்தர தீர்வு கிடைக்கும் வரை தொடர்ந்து கண்காணித்து நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும்.

Inspected the area near Ward 145 following complaints received from the residents of Ramaniyam Chaitanya.

Vegetable waste from Koyambedu Market is currently being dumped at a nearby transit yard, causing severe foul smell and inconvenience to residents.

The DRO and concerned CMDA officials overseeing the market have been instructed to clear the entire backlog within one week. An alternative site is also being identified to permanently shift the transit yard away from the residential area.

Will continue to follow up until the issue is fully resolved.

Today in the Assembly, I raised the long-pending issue of repeated STP clogging at Ayapakkam TNHB, which has been causing persistent hardship to residents. This issue needs more than temporary fixes, and I will continue to follow it up with the concerned departments to ensure a permanent and sustainable solution.

I also brought to the attention of the Assembly that two residents from Maduravoyal Constituency - Mr. Murthy and Ms. Padmini of Nolambur - are reported missing following the tragedy in Nepal. I have urged the Government to take all necessary steps and coordinate with the concerned authorities to trace them and bring clarity to their families at the earliest.

மேலும், நேபாளத்தில் நிகழ்ந்த துயரச் சம்பவத்தைத் தொடர்ந்து மதுரவாயல் தொகுதி, நொளம்பூரைச் சேர்ந்த திரு. மூர்த்தி மற்றும் திருமதி பத்மினி ஆகிய இருவர் காணாமல் போயுள்ள விவகாரத்தையும் சட்டப்பேரவையின் கவனத்திற்கு கொண்டு சென்றேன். அவர்களை விரைந்து கண்டறிய தேவையான அனைத்து நடவடிக்கைகளையும் மேற்கொண்டு, சம்பந்தப்பட்ட அதிகாரிகளுடன் ஒருங்கிணைந்து செயல்பட அரசை வலியுறுத்தினேன்.
