@UpdatesChennai It’s true, and the same situation exists across all panchayats in the Tambaram suburbs. Ideally, these areas should come under Tambaram Corporation or GCC.

In the interest of public safety, we request to take immediate steps, at least to begin widening the stretch from Estn Bypass Junction to Vengam

As you are aware, the completion of the Eastern Bypass has led to a significant increase in vehicle traffic through this stretch. This narrow road is used daily by students and residents, and the presence of five major schools has made the situation increasingly unsafe.
