The regime media’s nervous, angry, and desperate reaction to Iran’s elimination from the World Cup says it all.
The regime had prepared a massive propaganda campaign to turn a win into a state-orchestrated celebration, a distraction from the national grief after the January massacre.
But their plans fell apart.
Clips of team members are now circulating widely on social media. One player, in tears, says, “I don’t know why nothing we did worked.” The head coach said, “It felt like God was against us.”
Meanwhile, Iranians are sharing the faces of those killed in January and saying: karma is a bitch.
Many Iranians wanted the team to lose because some players had echoed regime talking points, and because the regime had clearly planned to exploit the games as a propaganda show.
Whether you believe in God or not, look at what happened to the Iranian team.
They were denied three wins — against New Zealand, Egypt, and Belgium — all by offside calls. The taste of victory was given to them, then violently taken back. They hit the post. They missed penalties. Those things happen in football. But then three separate scenarios that could have kept them in the tournament all failed too. Hope was constantly within reach… only to be snuffed out at the last second.
This is the same pain that has been echoing for years: the wailing of thousands of parents who lost their children, the cries of children who lost their parents, the grief of slaughtered friends, brothers, sisters, husbands and wives. The players didn’t honor any of it. They spat on the memory and sacrifice of the dead.
So the Universe humbled them in public. It showed them clearly: “You could have won… but you won’t.” Victory plucked away by a thread, again and again.
If those players had shown even the minimum respect for the fallen, the people would have stood behind them as one. But they didn’t. And now many of the same people who instantly believe Mossad and Pahlavi paid off VAR to eliminate Iran refuse to even consider Karma — or God — at work.
Is the Universe sending a message, or is it all just bad luck and coincidence?

📌 This is important: Trita Parsi and the regime lobby appear completely confident that the deal is still moving forward.
From the very beginning, they've described every setback as nothing more than "bumps in the road." Parsi even said to expect this. He said the same thing happened during the JCPOA negotiations, and that it would be the same this time.
I don't blindly believe what Parsi says. I read him. He lies, but not all the time. Right now, he appears genuinely confident that the deal will happen. And in this specific case, I think that confidence is coming from somewhere. My guess is that someone inside the White House is giving him every reason to feel certain.
Here's one possible explanation for what looks like a carefully staged sequence of controlled setbacks: to release the pressure.
The regime has done this for years inside Iran. It periodically relaxes restrictions - for example, around hijab enforcement - not because it has changed its ideology, but to temporarily reduce public anger, delay protests, and prevent larger uprisings.
The same pattern could be playing out with the deal: If both sides spent 60 straight days openly pushing for it, the backlash could become so intense that it might threaten the negotiations.
Instead, one side provokes, the other responds with "measured responses" and "empty threats".
Opponents of the deal briefly regain hope that something has fundamentally changed. Then nothing changes. The deal-making continues. But the criticism of the deal did die down for a while.
If I'm right, it's important not to mistake these apparent setbacks for real victories and reduce the pressure.
🔴FIFA'S "banned symbols sheet" caught on film.
The Islamic Republic terrorist organization has made @FIFAWorldCup security staff to be on the hunt for pretty much ALL Iranian emblems and symbols.
FIFA is not only morally bankrupt and political, but also racist.

The football match between Algeria and Austria drew special attention in the Islamic Republic of Iran. State television reportedly commented: “A Muslim country (Algeria) is helping another Muslim country (Iran) advance to the next stage.”
As if a football match were a contest between Islam and Christianity. What a bizarre and ideological way to view sport.
Just one minute later, Austria scored. And there we have it: the Islamic Republic of Iran was eliminated.
Once again, the regime showed that it cannot even separate sports from its ideological worldview.

Listening to Crown Prince @PahlaviReza's interview right now, I get the impression that he is more confident about the overall situation than I've personally been over the past couple of weeks. Regardless of everything that is happening at the moment, we Iranians have no choice. We won't stop until Iran is free.
Payandeh Iran.
Javid Shah.
Interesting.
New foreign influence operation just dropped.
Both are Iranian born and both are trying to infiltrate the admin to benefit Iran’s Islamic regime.
Why are your talking points the same? @SohrabAhmari@tparsi?
Are you being paid by Iran?
Alarming that Sohrab was allowed to travel on AF2. Who is he really working for?
We already know who Trita works for…
Islamic Republic officials have admitted on camera what critics have said for years: Trita Parsi is their lobbyist in America.
In this clip (with captions), regime-linked figures openly discuss creating an “Iran lobby” in the United States — specifically naming Trita Parsi and referencing former president Hassan Rouhani’s desire for exactly that. They talk about it casually, as if it’s an established asset serving the Islamic Republic.
This isn’t speculation or old accusations. It’s the regime itself confirming that NIAC (the National Iranian American Council), founded by Parsi, was built as their vehicle of influence in Washington.
Parsi — whose original name is Abolfazl Mirlohi — has long been at the center of these influence operations. NIAC positioned itself as a voice for Iranian-Americans while consistently advocating policies that reduced pressure on Tehran: pushing the JCPOA nuclear deal, opposing strong sanctions, and framing any robust US stance against the regime as reckless or counterproductive.
Today, Parsi serves as Executive Vice President at the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft. From there, he remains one of the most quoted voices in American media on Iran policy — often arguing against escalation, for diplomatic accommodation with the mullahs, and downplaying the regime’s threat. His platform gives the Islamic Republic a sophisticated, English-speaking advocate shaping narratives inside the United States.
This is foreign interference in American politics, plain and simple. A regime that executes protesters, funds terrorism through the IRGC, and holds its own people hostage has successfully planted and nurtured influence operations in the heart of Washington. The fact that Iranian state TV and regime figures now openly brag about it on camera should be a wake-up call.
For those of us who want a genuinely free Iran — a secular, prosperous country under the Lion & Sun, led by Reza Pahlavi and chosen by the Iranian people themselves — these operations are exactly why exposure and accountability matter. The regime doesn’t just oppress inside Iran. It works to shape the information environment and policy debates abroad so it can survive.
The admission is out there. The video is clear. The regime admits it on camera. How much longer will Washington allow foreign agents like Trita Parsi to shape American policy on Iran? @LauraLoomer@SecRubio
