@TheAA_UK@TheFCA how is the AA breakdown renewal process not breaking TCF? I have been given a discount of ยฃ63.84 over the year with no changes to cover only requesting cancellation. I do this every year as if I don't it will renew at a higher price. Please AA treat us fairly.
TCF means offering the lowest price possible to your customers rather than make us call you just to give us your lowest price. It's penalising customers who don't contact you at renewal. I would rather not do the renewal dance each year.

Used to have a lot of respect for the man with consumer advocacy eg Asus but his latest pieces are rage baiting drivel.

When he's called out he doubles down saying I don't need to do that despite most of his failings are journalism 101 like reaching out to companies offering a right to reply.
@FedExEurope why do I get a delivery date say the 5th, get a message saying out for delivery on the 2nd, then actually get delivered on the 3rd? I don't mind early deliveries, but if you say it's out for delivery on the 2nd deliver it on the 2nd. Seems to happen with
Every delivery... Fix your scheduling. I don't expect things early, but if you say it's out for delivery and I have to change plans to accept the delivery then please make sure it gets delivered... It's literally your job.
@Plusnet please explain why I pay for 900 mbps and never see the 900 mbps down? And don't say traffic shaping... Yeah busy times I expect to see a drop but not constant 200's... And it's funny is I run a few Ookla speed tests things will temporarily speed up. This is wired speeds
