@SingtelSupport Hi, something is wrong with Asia server on Fortnite. This issue was present before as I talked to you a few weeks prior. The ping is 160-180 every alternate game, when supposed to be 60 - 80 on wired connection. I have rebooted all devices. Pls assist, thanks.

@SingtelSupport Thanks for responding. We already reached out to them via quick chat and they said the issue lies with our ISP. Moreover, in the other thread with user AxeFnlol, he experiences exactly the same issue. A friend with StarHub wifi does not have this issue at all.

@SingtelSupport @hogriderman123 Thank you for the response. But I still face the same issue, and it is even worse today. Every alternate game, the ping is 160 - 180. I understand that that is the best path identified, but the issue still persists and it is really upsetting having to deal with it..

@SingtelSupport Hi, I already inquired with them via live chat. They said they do not have any gaming server IP addresses that they can share with players. They directed me to this https://t.co/Rj8etX1agH to retrive the traceroute, but as I am not on PC, i cannot do it. Please assist

@SingtelSupport Hi, thank you for the response. I have just checked, it still reads 170 - 190ms, connected via ethernet cable. This is still unplayable - our server in Asia used to read 50-70ms. Please let me know what to do, it has been many days

@SingtelSupport We have reached out - not to ask for trace route etc, but they said that after checking, it's not an issue on their end and asked me to contact our internet service provider

My friends with other internet service providers in SG do not experience this issue in the same game

@SingtelSupport Thank you for looking into this Singtel - my answers are the same as AxeFnlol's in the thread. How do we find items 3-5 to facilitate your checking?

The ping in the 'Asia' region is abnormally high than before, we are all Singtel users and play wired connect directly to modem
