Hi cuties I hope you can help me by reposting and liking this tweet, because right now, I can really only count on you. Unfortunately, there’s nothing I can do on my end to get my issue seen. If X/Twitter sees this tweet and can finally respond to me directly, that would honestly be amazing And most importantly, please don’t redirect me to the questionnaire: I’ve already filled it out several times, and there simply isn’t a category that matches my issue. Let me explain: Since my impersonation issue on August 26, someone impersonated me on X. The next day, X removed the account in question. On that point, I have to admit that they were very quick and professional. But the problem is that, at the same time, my own account was suspended. From what I understand, the suspension is related to their Authenticity Policy, and I received an email literally stating that my account had been suspended for that reason. Except I am actually the person behind this account I was told to appeal, but when I click on the link provided for the appeal, it simply doesn’t work. I’ve already contacted Premium Support, Ads Management, as well as various support teams, but every time, I’m redirected to a questionnaire. Unfortunately, I can never get in touch with an actual person who can review my case and understand my situation. And this isn’t even the first time this has happened to me: this is the second time my account has been suspended. The first time, I never really understood why. But this time, I received a very clear email explaining that it was related to my account’s authenticity. Basically, X seems to think that I’m not the real person behind this account… even though it’s literally me 😭 I can provide any proof necessary. I can even make a video to show that this is my account and that I’m the person behind it. I have absolutely no problem verifying my identity. So I really don’t understand this situation. I haven’t done anything wrong: someone impersonated me, X removed the person who was pretending to be me, and despite that, my own account ended up being suspended, and my visibility has also been heavily impacted. Please, if you can repost and like this tweet so that it can reach someone at X who can actually look into my case, it would help me enormously.
