It makes you an independent, confident practitioner who has to think on their feet! You won’t lose your skills you will develop them and make them work in difficult situations and environments

@thameswater That’s really annoying as I recently spoke with one of your colleagues via telephone who explained that the work had completely finished and water would come back as soon as the pressure had built up!! She was fully aware of my post code and yet I have been fobbed off with a lie!
