when the embassy seeks any document from the student applicant the application gets refused if the applicant does not submit the sought documents in the given time period but there is no accontability and time bounding from1/3

@IndEmbDoha @QatarEmb_Ottawa @TravelGoC The Qatar immigration doesn't accept the Canadian Vaccination Certificate without the QR code eventhough it's genuinely issued by the CanadianHealthAgency. Many Canadians are deported back.
Please confirm this news ASAP for future travels.
