I know politics is powerful and humans are very good at politics, but I would not bet against the power of machines. Politics and viruses don't control machines.

The power of technology is being seen everywhere. An army of 100k soldiers loaded with killer machines will over power a 10 million army fighting with primitive or old weapons.

π is needed for every circle. You just cannot create a true circle and not use π.

But you cannot write down π. It goes on and on. Never ending, never repeating. Like an unfinished product.

So if the ingredient itself is unfinished finished, how is the final product even created?

This implies the final product itself is under development.

This implies the universe itself is growing. Not static.

This is because of π.

God could have made π as exact number. But that would not lead to a beautiful circle that we know of.

To create a beautiful circle, you need a π that is never ending.

One day when the universe freezes, π will reach its end digit.

That would be 9.

-One small haritika fruit (dried) swallowed in morning. Everyday. For three months. Then stop for a month. Then start again for 3 months. Continue till age 100.

× Cross out protein immediately. Extra protein in diet is not needed at all for health and longevity. I repeat. Not needed. Not needed unless you are working in field daily. Healthy body makes its own protein. If our gut is healthy, we get all amino acids from gut bacteria daily. 2 billion gut bacteria give sufficient Protein (20-30 gram daily, high quality protein). But they get killed by sugar, so avoid sugar. Don't eat meat. Instead rear these friendly gut bacteria in your gut. Many proteins are very dangerous also, cause auto immune diseases, arthritis, dementia, even cancers. Protien lobby won't tell you this. No one died from low protein, but people die after eating wrong protein. Protein is building block of life, our body knows how to make all the proteins it needs. Our body just throws away unnecessary garbage of excess amino acids. This causes kidneys to fail. Don't try to reach Sachin Tendulkar how to hold a bat. He knows. By eating variety of foods, we get enough raw materials to make all the proteins that we need. Protein nahi lene ka re baba. Eat normal food.

- Instead add "Variety in food" as mantra. Food should change by season. Including grains. Eating wheat or rice everyday throughout the year is a foolish thing to do. If God has not given us scarcity today, an intelligent person creates scarcity by design. Scarcity leads to variety. Variety leads to strength. Skipping meals once a week, even if it is just for half a day is absolutely must and is part of strength training. Not eating is also part of eating plan.

These two habbits will extend our healthy lifespan by 10 years.

3. Ayurveda says, "Haritika is like your mother". This esteemed high place has been given by our ancestors to no other herb or medicine.

It is best anti-aging fruit known to mankind. Modern science is discovering it's immense benefits now. Almost magical in effect.

But it's only drawback is that it acts very slowly. This is actually not a real drawback because stable systems are slow by design, but we ignorant humans love the instant magic of allopathic drugs that act fast and cause side effects and severe damage in long run.

Budhha is worshipped with this fruit in hand in Tibet.

Haritika will not cure you immediately if you are sick. But if you are relatively healthy, taking this fruit daily will not let you get sick easily. Including protection for deadly diseases like cancers and dementia/ Alzheimer's/Parkinson.
