It took nearly 3 weeks but https://t.co/UCWCxspeJF have let me restore my faith in crypto. My temporary suspension of withdrawals are over.
I have read some unsuccessful stories but keep the faith and work through the difficulty.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the support I have received from the temporary suspension of my withdrawals since November 18th. As a loyal customer since March 2021; however, my recent experience has been frustrating and disheartening.

1. Thanking you for your patience.
2. Apologise for any inconvenience.
3. Understand how important this is.
4. Waiting for an update
5. Reviewing account.
6. Need more time.
