Shell’s 3.6mtpa Prelude facility in Australia could soon be resuming loading operations.
The 174,000cbm Orion Bohemia is approaching the facility after it began circling nearby from 16 December, ICIS LNG Edge data shows.
Prelude has been under maintenance since August 2023. #LNG
Trump thinks it was ok to grab women by the pussy. Apparently his court nominations in America agree with that. Sad day for women’s rights and the idea of legal precedent removed with Roe vs Wade decision
@PAUL_BAKERY can u ask your partners at Barajas airport, Madrid to allow for use of reusable coffee containers? The attendant wouldn’t let me use mine at your branch here even though I suggested she pour from a jug. Said it was for safety reasons. #pollution#recycling@aena
Even with outright EU #natgas well above historical norms. A key bellwether of end-of-winter storage fears has fallen to its lowest point since the start of the heating season.
Only a series of supply shocks and a surge in global demand would put the market back on alert

@L4L_UK I wonder if there is recourse, if this article’s details are all correct, to accuse some senior officers of obstruction of justice in cases where they avoided looking at evidence or may have wanted it diminished? Just curious on the law https://t.co/ECBa0X5t2Q
@amazon is there a way for me to send you undamaged boxes back for you to re-use? Do you sort these so that good quality boxes get re-used first instead of being immediately recycled, saving more energy?
@EHF_Activities A patronising and purposefully indirect response to complaints over your sexist policy. I don’t know if you realised that the women from Norway were protesting your outdated technical rules? It seems you are suggesting instead women are too dumb to understand you?
A photo I took of the Tiananmen democracy protests, 1989. Two journalists holding placards that say 'Liberate my pen!' and 'Let's escape the emperor's walls!'
I think of citizen journalists, Chen Qiushi and Fang Bin, who were disappeared after filming the outbreak in Wuhan.
Interesting to hear @FlightGlobal this morning on the BBC radio talking about unprecedented nature of the tragic crash in Iran, and how and why more information is needed.
In @thesundaytimes today Randa al-Banna, the first wife of Sheikh Mohammed of Dubai, tells her remarkable story for the first time https://t.co/4wem60ONQg
Outside of the news, I am still addicted to Stromae 7 years on, after a friend spent a road trip playing his music in the car all the way from London to Alsace and got me hooked https://t.co/PI892ac9qh
#Methane leaks at #oil + #gas sites in the #US... would be interesting to see if these are also going on in #Europe and the #world over #climatechange - with knowledge we could + should do better https://t.co/CtsMEwvzYE
This piece by Musab Younis in the @LRB is a beautifully written distillation of how #women in France are personal victims of #Islamophobia, + the creeping, pervasive presence of dehumanising radicalism in our society https://t.co/Mi8Llf4okS @NZF_org_uk@migranthelp@amnestyfrance
@duncanrobinson The growing gap between rich+poor and its impact on support for radical politics, the lack of strength in the EU's decision making structures when it comes to using existing systems like taxation for incentives to mitigate climate change
"855 people died over the past [3] years because they waited about seven hours [for a #hospitalbed ], as did 636 others who faced delays of at least 11 hours... deaths ...entirely and solely caused by the length of wait and not by the patient’s condition" https://t.co/kcevSO7mlN
