@premierinn has anyone who made a complaint about the lack of air conditioning and ventilation in the rooms had any positive feedback from Premier Inn? Or have they been fobbed off like me?

@premierinn seems a consistent theme to all the tweets you’ve been sent and yet you are keeping very quiet about the issue of heat and lack of ventilation and air conditioning in your rooms, what’s happening with your promises of a good nights sleep??

Many people have complained about the temperature of your rooms and the complaint I made was treated with contempt and I was made to feel uncomfortable

Two nights in the Heald Green Hotel at the weekend and practically no sleep, was hotter in the room than outside.
Raised a complaint and made to feel very uncomfortable

@StagecoachCNL any reason or logic as to why the 6.25 79 service appears to have started from Gretna this morning ? This is the 4th time already this month that a service has not appeared, has broken down or been at least 30 minutes late.

So what you’re saying is that if a service is over 15 minutes late it’s disappears off the tracker and the customer has no idea whether a bus will turn up or not?

It would be nice if someone actually contacted me as previously promised but I would be amazed if they did

I do agree with the person who actually messaged you though, the tracking system you have is not fit for purpose. I basically have no idea if or when your bus will appear
@StagecoachCNL what is the point of a tracking system that is completely useless and a service that is completely unreliable? Buses appear and then disappear and don’t turn up at all , now waited an hour for 79 service from Carlisle
@StagecoachCNL 79 service Annan to Carlisle 6.25, was already arrived at eastriggs ten minutes late then broke down at harker junction. No heating on bus and subsequent service was also delayed
