@helloitsolly@stripe If we set up recurring payments, will it send multiple notifications to the customer? Trustpilot has a feature where we could include a BCC email provided by them. They would then automatically check if that email had any testimonials and skip sending a request if it did.

If you have a well-developed product but are struggling with market adoption, consider launching new and cheaper plans as a promotion to compare market adoption.

If you improve your churn to 10%, you now need +11% new revenue to recover, which means a 4% diff.
