@JEPnews That’s a lot of tax demands to be reduced or written off…including a supposed £30k+ that we received across 2 years….two years that we weren’t even resident in Jersey and had closed our tax affairs 3 years prior to the first demand. Bunch of clowns.

@superdrug you need to train your live chat operators to not cease a chat when the customer is still typing…my query is still not resolved despite contacting your customer services twice in two days. False promises, cut off chats. Still no parcel due to #Evri failing to deliver

@JohnLewisRetail 3 attempts to order a £719 hob today - after 20 mins on the phone I gave up and bought elsewhere. Phone number on website went to wrong dept twice then 3rd person obviously in a foreign call centre and had no clue. V poor cust service, not what I expected from JL
