I would also look at how much Jaiz is making.

It made ₦15.09bn profit in the first six months of 2026. If it repeats that, full-year profit would be about ₦30bn.

At the ₦713bn valuation above, investors would be paying roughly ₦24 for every ₦1 of annual profit.

That is where profit growth matters. The faster Jaiz grows its earnings, the easier it becomes to justify ₦16.

Calendar year and fiscal year are NOT the same thing. 🥴🫠

Calendar year: January–December.
Fiscal year: Whatever 12-month period an organization uses for financial reporting.

Your company might be in fiscal Q4, but September 1 is still calendar Q3. Q4 starts October 1. Y’all are trying to start Q4 a whole month early like the calendar dropped a surprise release. 😭
