@TryingTired I was on long protocol so had to wait until day 21 to start. Had baseline bloods on day 7, so a couple of weeks. Which bloods have you had?

@TryingTired Injections aren’t that bad & are convenient but if you bruise easily I’d consider trying the nasal spray. Good luck!
