@DSBArchitect You need to ask Santa for a Bkack and Decker workmate. Only then will you have truly started to become your dad... it’s a rite of passage!
Great to see some progressive thought in play for large corporates rather than #deathoftheoffice Unilever still keen to return to offices after seeing a “slow erosion of social capital” although no longer 5 days/week @TSKGroupUK

@LeesmanCEO@agileorguk@ChrisKane55@oseland I've always been a firm believer that the way we use language as a community needs to be moderated to align with culture and perceptions of a client organisation. The mere mention of #hotdesking still elicits a defensive reaction whenever it is ill-advisably used #WordsMatter
Just provides extra impetus to the #LessButBetter approach to real estate. Give your customers a better product, a better service - apart from being super cheap, it’s the only way forward in the office market. The ordinary has nowhere to go.
@InsightOnWork It’s fascinating though how few people really consider their backdrop however- or indeed explore what **fake** backdrops can be used to give the impression of #beingattheoffice
@markeltro @PerryTimms @TSKGroupUK Had a conversation at client session last year - he spoke of the need for ‘stable base’ - his home office, which enabled him to feel comfortable touching down in others offices and being agile. For many less privileged though that base is a square of white melamine in the office.
@PerryTimms @TSKGroupUK Picked up on @markeltro point about who you ask - it’s going to need a hell of a lot of emotional resilience and motivation to wfh four days a week for most people. And the permission question..,
@PerryTimms How will this impact to the physical space provision, and more importantly how can we support colleagues to create an effective home-work space if this becomes the norm? @TSKGroupUK #workplaceexperience
Good to see some more long-term thinking underway to give promise of a brighter future: World cannot return to 'business as usual' after Covid-19, say mayors https://t.co/UsdoD22rzS @TSKGroupUK
