With the competition guidelines in mind Martin crafted a delicious, one-of-a-kind, and unforgettable gin infusion that celebrates watercress. Inspired by the vibrant green of watercress and the refreshing taste of gin, Martin has created a tasty, unique, fun and memorable gin.

Participants are encouraged to craft ‘a dish, object, drink, artwork, or even a beauty product featuring (predominantly) watercress. The key feature is that it must contain or represent watercress’.

@GinHubKent @katiebhughes you're right about the cost of expo's too, they're just prohibitive to small players, and that means you lose the opportunity to gain new customers. The organisers insist that it's good marketing, but only if you have deep pockets, and only if you can afford to go to lots of them
