この法案がそのまま通ったら、ripple社には大きくプラスな気がする。社のXRP大量保有に関わる様々な懸念も法的に払拭されてしまう。ripple社のXRPL自体への支配力が無いのはSEC裁判で証明済みだから、フリーパス状態になる気がする。逆に、ETH、SOLは厳しくチェックされる対象になるかも。。。
