Every district administrator and board should be hiring more PE teachers, not less.
Someday, when education-based sports are extinct (driven out by overripe capitalism), we will look back nostalgically to when kids played sports in season, teachers were coaches, playing was affordable, and being a student-athlete was a thing.

Outside of every coach’s favorite “odd” exercise here and there, the bulk of your work as an athlete should look pretty simple…sprinting, jumping, choosing an explosive movement (med ball, Olympic variation, plyo), and getting stronger in a few core lifts.
That combination.
Anyone with a beating pulse should be using creatine. Your grandma or grandpa who wants to stay healthy and strong to fight off age related muscle loss and dementia should be using creatine.
Women who want to lose fat and gain lean mass should use creatine.
Young athletes should be using creatine.

I want you to know that a protein bar is not the same as high-quality protein from real food.
Why? Because it won’t deliver the same leucine content (the key amino acid for muscle growth) or the bioavailability that whole foods provide.
