Happy Mental Health Awareness Month!
To the well and unwell.
To the ones who put on a mask to get through the day.
To the ones fighting for better days.
We see you and we’re hear to say it’s okay. Better days are coming💚
Fashion week is draining because it’s like the whole world is outside your door as soon as you step out. Very performative at times aka why I stayed indoors all day yesterday lol. Back out tonight though!
The countdown to NYFW AW25 has begun! ⏳ Mindless Mag reports that those in the fashion industry are 25% more likely to experience mental health challenges. The fast pace, high standards, and constant pressure to perform all contribute to this reality.🧠
Every February and September, we shine a spotlight on the people behind the scenes—stylists, designers, publicists, models, and more—who share how they prioritize their mental well-being in such a demanding environment. 🌿

In 2018, we launched Pour Into My Cup to shine a light on the stories of entrepreneurs, creatives and risk-takers finding their purpose in life. We shared their journey of figuring out their purpose in life while managing their mental health.
In 2020, we took a break of our own. During this time, we have met amazing people who shared their journeys and fueled our inspiration. We cant wait to get back to sharing more journeys to fuel your inspiration, along with mental health resources and more. 💚
Healing taught me that honesty pays. Speaking about your feelings won't lose you anything worth having. Setting boundaries won't scare off people who are meant to be in your life & being your true self won't cost you genuine relationships
healing really begins when you allow yourself to get to a place where you are not constantly invalidating how you feel. no more repressing, minimizing or doubting your right to feel things.
If you’re grown and still don’t know what you want to be when you grow up, just remember that we are all just figuring it out. It’s never too late to re-direct your life and become successful at it. Go back to school, change ur career, pursue a new dream…you have time!
