Prioritise sleep
Minimise/eliminate toxins in your environment/diet (distill your water, chemicals in clothing, chemicals in fire retardant furniture, waterproof clothing, cosmetics, food, agriculture, vapes, seed oils)
Stress the importance of reducing stress and the value of love
That nature is healing
That blue light is harmful
That sleep is regenerative
That cancer is a metabolic disease

But they don't do they?

They tell you to take Ozempic
To snack all day
To consume their poison
To take their mRNA vaccines

That's because the authorities don't care about you.
