@ImSoSarah @askobylarz Got it. Then it goes back to having a seat at the table. Trained or not recruiters are never 100% accurate so you have to trust the process you help create and discuss with the team. One of the best hires I’ve worked with was someone I wasn’t initially sold on

@ImSoSarah @askobylarz If that’s the case why did they get through on initial screenings? As a former recruiter I helped choose 1 vs the other at offer, but not as a sole decision maker. That’s the beauty of the partnership it’s a 2way St. You can’t want a seat at the table and try to over take it.

@CoachJagGraham Agree. A reflection of leadership. Michigan vs OSU is not other teams or games. They knew what they were doing in that situation. Total lack of control…the coach was more worried about waiving bye to the crowd than controlling his team. A big win is overshadowed unfortunately.
