On Saturday I waited for 6 hrs (7pm to 1am) for a tow. I was in a vulnerable position (female alone) when my car broke down. The RAC advisors were so rude. I have submitted a complaint, it will take within 20 days for RAC to respond!

@TheRAC_UK Dear RAC, Can you kindly provide me the details to submit a complaint as I received the worst customer service and also treatment. I waited 6hrs (from 7pm to 1am) on a red route as my car broke down. I was situated in a hazardous place that couldβve caused accident.

It has been 11 days since I made payment. No book as yet I sent an email today to the support team and their response - we will be undergoing forthcoming system upgrades
