#5DayBanking तो नहीं हुई, हर रोज़ 15-20 मिनट के लंच के लिए और क्लेश शुरू हो गया है।@RBI के लोग मस्त #5DayBanking का मजा ले रहें हैं। लेकिन आम बैंकर्स के लिए 30 मिनट लंच का टाइम भी फ़िक्स नहीं कर पा रहें हैं। जबकि चार घंटे के काम के बाद 30 मिनट के लंच का क़ानूनी प्रावधान है। अभी इनको कोई सरकारी योजना लागू करवानी हो तो फिर यह देखो कैसे हाइपर एक्टिव हो जाते हैं। @bankpediaa @idesibanda

रात 10 बजे तक UPGB बरेली RM ने सारे Female और Male Staff को रोक रखा था। जब बरेली क्षेत्र की सभी युनियन RO पहुँची हैं तब जाकर RO Staff को घर जाने दिया गया है। यदि किसी Female Staff के साथ कोई अनहोनी हो जाती तो इसका ज़िम्मेदार कौन होता? @bankofbaroda से निवेदन है अपने ऐसे नवरत्नों को BOB वापस बुला ले। @ChairmanIba @idesibanda @RBI @DFS_India

आज के दौर में जब एक क्लर्क अपने घर से 500Km दुर नौकरी करने को मजबूर है तो यह UPGB में बरेली के RM(Scale 5) अपने गृह जनपद बरेली में कैसे काम कर रहें हैं?
क्या CVC की गाइडलाइन सिर्फ़ निचले पायदान के कार्मिकों के लिए ही हैं? क्या RM जैसे उच्च अधिकारी को उसके घर में पोस्टिंग देना बैंकिंग नियमों के हिसाब से सही है?

🚨 PNB employees are being forced to sit in branches till 9 PM and 10 PM due to day-end checks.

If a loan customer does not pay the EMI, branch staff are forced to stay late in the branch till 9pm.

Employees are asking: "If a customer does not pay despite our efforts, why should we be punished?"

Another issue is CKYCR uploads. Employees say PNB has around 20 crore customers, and uploading KYC records for such a huge customer base is a massive task, especially when many branches are already facing staff shortages.

Absolutely pathetic response from @pnbindia , 😡 Instead of beating around the bush, why didn't you clearly inform the customer that official financial transaction timings are strictly 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM? The customer walked in at 4:57 PM, well past cash hours.

​Who is even managing this handle? It’s embarrassing that your own social media team doesn't know basic banking rules to properly educate the public. Stop the confusion and do your job properly.
