@manas_muduli Yesterday I was coming from Jaydev Vihar to KIIT Road, traffic from Patia to Damana Square (opposite side) during evening time is horrible.

The Govt agency should first expand the shoulder 1 lane each side, and then start construction activities. Too tough for next 24 months.

@manas_muduli Good part about this tower, it is being constructed in a record time. This is the speed of execution we need to develop city like Bhubaneswar. Currently we need 50 lakhs sqft office space in the city. Hope, Damana IT Park will come up at such speed.

@manas_muduli EV is really good. However, you have single car then you might face issue someday, when you didn’t able to charge etc.

Definitely for a 2nd car within family is the better option.

I would personally want Hybrid vehicle, instead of completely EV.

New players should be introduced to run more flight, then cost will be reduced.
