@Uber been trying to resolve a payment issue for days now is there a way to reach a real customer service representative or is it just online chat bot system .. this has been the most unpleasant customer service experience ever .

@UberIN_Support I have been trying to just make the team understand from the past two days the same problem , either there are no real people behind the scenes or there is no tech support . I am at Day 2 now and the issue is still not resolved . I keep getting repetitive messages on DM.
