Why are we still poor?

We spent over N11T from 2010-2023 on turnaround maintenance for refineries that we should have scrapped years ago. That amount will fund our combined health and education budget for 2 years based on the 2026 budget.

We spent over N60b paying salaries of refinery staff in 2020 and 2021.

These are just costs related to the refineries that don’t work.

Think about what else these monies could have done? Why won’t we be poor
