@KingBobIIV @newlook similar experience in new look over the summer, I refused to give my email, the sales assistant played hard ball tried the you can’t have a refund without a receipt what If you loose it but with an email you always have it; yeah until you delete it 🙄

Tried to buy jeans in m&s outlet today proper correct label said £15 scanned through at £17.50 they wouldn’t honour the original £15 price so I left them and bought Jeans in next instead at least there prices are correct. @marksandspencer

Loved having a private transfer as part of our @easyJetholidays but having our pick up scheduled an hour before check in desks open at the airport is frustrating
