Cloudflare Detects Early Exploitation Attempts Targeting Two Leaked PHP Vulnerabilities

Cloudflare says it is seeing early attempts to exploit two critical PHP vulnerabilities whose details surfaced before the PHP security team’s planned release.

The company has deployed an initial set of Web Application Firewall (WAF) rules to block known exploit patterns. Cloudflare says the rules are available to all customers, including those on free plans, and that it is updating them as new patterns appear.

The warning raises the urgency for teams running PHP websites, but the firewall rules are only a temporary layer of protection.

🚨 A PHP zero day drops today.

Two critical flaws (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619) let attackers run code on your server without logging in, and PHP powers around 75% of the web including every WordPress site.

The patch releases at 14:00 UTC, and attacks are expected within minutes of it going live, so message your host or developer NOW and have them ready to update the moment it lands.

‼️ BREAKING: Two leaked remote code execution flaws in PHP are real, watchTowr confirms.

PHP will ship fixes for two critical flaws, both rated CVSS 9.2, on Wednesday 21 October at 14:00 UTC, a day before the embargo was due to lift.

CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619 first surfaced in a Hacker News post whose author admitted having no evidence beyond "source: trust me, bro".

Kevin Beaumont flagged the leak, and watchTowr confirmed it two hours later.

PHP says it may release sooner if details go public or exploitation appears. It has not named the CVEs or the affected versions.

‼️ PHP UPDATE: The Dutch parliament, the Dutch national cyber agency and Finland's central government have pulled websites offline ahead of the PHP patch.

Finland's state IT centre Valtori is shutting down public-facing central government web services. The National Land Survey of Finland is already down.

In the Netherlands, the Tweede Kamer, the NCSC and the Dutch Data Protection Authority are offline. So are tech site Tweakers and NotuBiz, which runs council information for 100+ local governments.

The University of Vienna switched off its websites, webmail and Moodle. The University of Freiburg and Finland's Haaga-Helia have taken services down too.

Fur Affinity, Pinboard, explain xkcd and every wiki on Miraheze are dark as well.

Valtori says its shutdown is a precaution, not the result of an attack or breach.

Not just PHP. Node.js has also announced security releases for October 21, with HIGH-severity vulnerabilities affecting its 26.x, 24.x and 22.x release lines.

If you run either stack in production, keep an eye on official advisories and apply patches promptly.

The difference is that now, we are closer to the endtimes, just as the Bible records that:

🎤Many will be lovers of themselves than lovers of God. 2 Timothy 3:1-5
🎤Many will develop itchy ears, Many will not be able to tolerate sound doctrine
🎤Many will find and heap and accumulate for themselves teachers that suit their own desires(pamper their monsters👺) 2 Timothy 4:3

So you will find that people are BLATANT ABOUT SIN & EVIL but wants you to be TIMID ABOUT TRUTH!

Whenever they don’t want to hear the truth, they call chastisement harsh! They say things like it could have been said nicely as though if their loved ones are about to drown or get hit by a truck they will cross their legs and say it nicely!

You can accuse me of Passion, love, burdens and zeal, I am guilty of those.

But the true problem that many or let me say some have with me is:

1. What I am saying is true!
2. I am a woman saying and moving in this dimension.
3. The audacity, authority and boldness with which I speak that I can only truly credit to God and not me because look at the small framed woman…if not for God! I will stop here.

I am not perfect or claiming holier than thou, but our only hope of redemption is not to water down the Truth so, WE MUST DEFEND THE FAITH! And if the woman by the well could be activated and sent by Jesus to speak 🗣️then this woman here will 🗣️

🙇‍♀️So like it or not this woman is a sent one!
🗣️Like it or not this woman will continue to speak as the Lord gives her grace and enables her!
❤️And like it or not this woman loves you period!

Quick Addition: Jesus spoke some strong meat in John 6:60-69 that many of his disciples left except the 12 closest and Jesus said to the 12 remaining, do you want to leave too?? Hmmm… Truth is hard, truth is bitter. God help us!
