My Level 440 Steam profile that is 13 Years old has been locked & steam support blocked me for 1 month from asking questions about the lock on my profile & on profiles where I get a reply they just close the tickets without even helping. I think I may have been mass reported which led to this situation. I have explained everything in short in this post. My Steam profiles have been locked. One of them is my 13 Year old, Level 440 Steam account with 600+ Games which I used to play games and do a little bit of trades from time to time. It got locked recently & I am not being allowed to contact steam support about my steam account lock for 1 month.

I contacted Steam support on one of them and they said commercial reason & closed the ticket. I kept asking how is it commercial. The final reply was something saying that that majority of items on my profile are from an account hijakcing large scale group which has caused this issue. After that I tried to contact steam that I am not running any such group & can provide more information to resolve this issue but steam in the end locked me out of steam support for 1 month so now I cannot make a support ticket on my main profile. My first question being why would I do such a thing on my level 440 profile. There are lots of valid points that I can make but steam wont even let me contact support on that profile.

On other steam profile :
I made a support ticket I got same response commercial and upon asking how is it commercial. I got reply saying steam accounts cannot be bought sold or traded. I wrote another ticket and told them that account was not bought traded or sold & provided account name, email & wallet codes but they still dont reply properly and close the ticket. So the account is not sold but steam is saying it is sold and I am willing to provide all the information needed but they are not willing to take information or help me at all.

Main points from the video that are important :

Time Stamp : 3:20 : Mass Reporting : It is said in the video that mass reporting works.

Time Stamp : 3:49 to 4:02 : Somebody posted on twitter showing that they mass reported their own alt steam account got it banned and steam refused to unban that account even after proving all the reports are made up stories from me and my friends. This is how people are banning literally innocent traders past 2 years.

I am making this post to get help as I have been locked out of steam support for 1 month from one of my profile & on other profiles I just get responses which makes no sense to me and even after being willing to provide all the information needed to get the issues resolved I am not getting any help.

Please consider yourself in my shoes and think about how helpless you would feel in such a situation where all you can do is make a ticket and wait for almost 24 hours just to get the same reply & no actual help to resolve the issue & sometimes not even that is allowed for 1 month to make another ticket.

Please retweet or tag anyone who can help me with this issue. I am keeping this post as short as possible for now so all details cannot be posted here but I have posted everything in short that I think might have happened. Pics attached of support messages.

Months ago I tried to kill myself with scissors, Denise tried to stop me and in the struggle of taking the scissors I accidentally slashed her in the leg. I felt immense shame ever since, I tried to kill myself multiple times after that, I've been struggling and I have caused nothing but pain to her, in countless ways.
