Dear @blknoiz06,
You are one of the kindest and most generous people I know, and I truly admire your willingness to help others.
I’m reaching out with a humble request. If it’s within your means, I’d be incredibly grateful if you could gift me $4,269.00 worth of your token. It would go a long way toward easing my current situation and helping me get back on track.
No matter your decision, I sincerely appreciate your time and consideration. Wishing you continued success, good fortune, and endless prosperity.
Thank you.

Hello @StanbicIBTC
Issues like this serves as precedent to similar but larger impacts. I know your bank has a right to comply with a valid court order but the process of executing an order must be transparent and blameless and I am not oblivious of how a court order is given effect to.
I was surprised when I got a debit notification yesterday of N1,480,000 from @StanbicIBTC with narration “court order for reversal of erroneous Transfer”. I was so sure that I didn’t get any payment in error as I only got value for the crypto asset I sold bonafide . Immediately I contacted my account officer whom I believe should be aware of a court process initiated against me , just like myself , he was surprised as I was the first person informing him of that court action. This particular transaction happened on the 12th of January around 12pm on Monday, the payment was for sale of my digital asset which I executed on Bybit with one Said Usman of @Sterling_Bankng with account number (0077747900) who later claimed to @Sterling_Bankng that he sent money to me in error. This act alone is a criminal act but the bank did not at any time bother to confirm if indeed it was an erroneous transfer before honoring the Order. How he applied for an order, got the court order , served my bank , bank verifying the order and debiting my money without any form of notice of a process initiated against me all between 12 pm on Monday to 11 am on Wednesday 14/jan /2026 raises serious questions on customer's protection and this is a flagrant breach of duty of care owed me by the bank. I was not informed of any court process or action against me that can make me counter a one sided process and I am curious if I buy a car from coscharis motors ,I can simply engage a court and claim I erroneously paid them and the bank will deduct the funds from their account without notifying them.
These chain of events raises serious questions that requires immediate answer. I will ensure I see this to a logical conclusion. @thatverydarkmnn@Wizarab10@Letter_to_Jack@cenbank@officialEFCC@icpcnigeria@akinalabi@B_ELRUFAI@BelloGaladanchi@DanielRegha@YemieFash@lollypeezle@AsakyGRN@Theoladeledada@JSebiotimo

Allow me to quote 🙏
While I agree that there are bad eggs among the @Bybit_Official merchants and something has to be done, it is equally necessary to call out the horrible sellers on the platform too. Because why would a merchant complete their own end of the trade and you are taking over 300 minutes to release the trade????
These trades are very time sensitive and bad actors cost merchants real losses 'cos more often than not, by the time the trade is released, rate has moved against you.
My proposal to bybit?
If your average release time as a seller is > 10mins, bybit should restrict your account for a while.
Harsh, yes? But it allows merchants to transact with only serious and active customers
Once again, something needs to be done about merchants who move like scammers. I sincerely hope bybit really looks into this.

IMO, airdrop farming isn't dead, but it is now too saturated.
Is the meta dead? No. Is it getting harder to compete? 100%.
So, after the Monad drop, sold all my coins to stables and made a decision.
I’m pivoting to P2P Trading on bybit.
It’s a different arena with different rules, and I want to master it. I’m going to document the whole transition here. The wins, the losses, and the learning curve.
