@TBrnaughtTB AIDS is not an offensive term unlike GRID. Most medical terminology is outdated anyways including those I treat like leukemia and lymphoma. Do you suggest changing our entire medical vocabulary?

Recently, on a weekend night, I received an oncology page reserved for emergencies from a patient who freaked out after seeing a IgG+ Lyme test on patient portal.

@NicoGagelmann @nihardesai7 @BrownJHM @Nischistocyte @Sthanu5 I would add to the differential since we use it in oncology- burr cell/acanthocytosis can be seen with ALK inhibitor alectinib used in NSCLC. Not seen with other ALK inhibitors
