@SunwingVacay Thats the idea - I am working with the APPR guidelines, your agent told us we would get reimbursement as per those guidelines, but I am getting zero response from the form I submitted. I want to see proof of that flight delay attributed to the plane part, or be ready to be sued.

@SunWingAction @SunwingVacay Flight delayed over 9 hours, customer service acknowledge issue and requests to submit claim. Few days later on the website the discredit the delay and blame it on a plane part. MLG, perhaps its time to create a second class action suit/expand case
