@JoePompliano Ticket prices are trending up actually. Regardless, it’s scalpers that are holding the bag. FIFA has already made its money. https://t.co/2RGua2eiki
@MrTupids@GrahamStephan Google is getting the data to train their models from those websites with the crappy ads. If Google doesn’t send them traffic in the future, those websites have no incentive to let Google scrape them.
@GabeOatley The Ridefair organization you quote in the article was started by taxi and uber drivers. They want to keep their own cars on the road. They just don’t want more supply because it drives down their own prices. Their concerns about the environment and congestion are disingenuous
@MattSpoke@ivicaArt They would have to take a loan at a much higher interest rate on the open market. That’s why they took the government money. It’s a subsidy.
@peteremcc@danielfoch This makes me think this data is junk. Trend is suspiciously linear too. Usually survey data like this is jumpier. Not saying young people aren’t unhappy now, but I don’t trust this graph.
@LatexEngineer@RealKidPoker Yes, and non citizens can get drivers licenses too! If you really want to do proof of citizenship, then it’s passports only.
