@EurekaForbes Anyone don't ever buy aquaguard. Their service is worst. I had purchased AMC for my water purifier. I lodged a service request through call centre, APP, email and also escalated the issue. All commited that my issue will be resolved within 24 hours

It is very shameful for a reputed Brand like Samsung to not providing the basic service.I have to think twice before purchasing anything from Samsung.

@SamsungIndia It is very pathetic for samsung that they don't have spare parts of washing machine in a large populated state of India Bihar. My washing machine got damaged and the service center transported the machine to their workshop on 4th February.

They informed that some of the parts including tub got damaged and needs to be replaced. It is highly disgraceful to say that They informed today the tub is not available with them and also not available in whole Bihar and it needs to be brought from Chennai.

@flipkartsupport I had created a return request for my order having return period upto 09.10.22 and it was expected to be pickup by 14.10.2022. Now, I am checking that my return request has been cancelled. This is very pathetic. Flipkart call center is not working

But it's height of negligence and arrogance of so called no. 1 company that no one is replying for availability of parts from Hyundai side. My car is in breakdown condition since 2 months and parts are not being supplied.

@HyundaiMobisIN I purchased I20 elite in 2017. The clutch cylinder of the car got broken. I contacted all the dealers and distributors in Bihar but part is not available they don't even know when it will be available. It's shameful for companies like Hyundai.
