कंपनी की मुख्य Capabilities हैं:

➡️ Precision Machining
➡️ Sheet Metal
➡️ Integrated Assemblies
और यह Railways, Aerospace, Defence तथा Semiconductor जैसे क्षेत्रों को Supply करती है।
📊 FY26:

Revenue — लगभग ₹148.8 करोड़
FY25 Revenue — लगभग ₹22 करोड़
PAT — लगभग ₹36.4 करोड़

यानी एक साल में Revenue में बहु��� तेज वृद्धि देखने को मिली।

🔹 कंपनी वास्तव में क्या करती है?
Millworks का एक महत्वपूर्ण Advantage है:
Build-to-Print + Build-to-Spec

Build-to-Print का मतलब है कि Customer की Drawing और Specifications के अनुसार Component को Manufacture करना।

जबकि Build-to-Spec में कंपनी Manufacturing Requirements को समझने, Specify करने और Manage करने में ज्यादा जिम्मेदारी लेती है।

यानी कंपनी सिर्फ Machine Shop की तरह काम करने के बजाय धीरे-धीरे Manufacturing Partner बनने की दिशा में बढ़ सकती है।

🔹 Acquisition से Capability Expansion

कंपनी ने Acquisitions के जरिए भी अपनी Manufacturing Capabilities बढ़ाई हैं।

लेकिन यहां एक महत्वपूर्ण चीज पर नजर रखना जरूरी है:

Receivables — लगभग ₹139 करोड़

इसलिए सिर्फ Revenue और PAT Growth देखना पर्याप्त नहीं है।

Cash Conversion और Receivables भी लगातार Track करने होंगे।

अगर Build-to-Spec Capability वास्तव में Engineering Ownership में बदलती है, तो कंपनी का सफर हो सकता है:

लेकिन यह Transition अभी पूरी तरह साबित होना बाकी है।
