मी बरेच वर्षापूर्वी भाजपाचे सक्रिय काम करत होतो.
तेव्हा भाजपा राज्यात आणि केंद्रात कुठेच सत्तेत नव्हता.
मी जिथे काम करत होतो तिथे तर भाजपा शोधावा लागत असे.
बुथवर दोनतीन मते मिळाली तरी मस्त अशी परिस्थती होती.

पण तरीही भाजपचे स्थानिक नेते सगळा फिडबॅक घेत, वरिष्ठांना कळवत...
वरिष्ठ नेतेही भेटी देत.
हळूहळू भाजपा तिथेही रुजला..वाढला...

भाजपा आणि काँग्रेसमध्ये हाच तर फरक आधीपासून आहे आणि राहील...
भाजपा आपल्या समर्थकांचे म्हणणे वेगवेगळ्या माध्यमातून ऐकतो...दरवेळी समर्थक म्हणतात तसेच करतो असेही नाही कारण काहीवेळा काही वेगळ्या स्वरूपाच्या अडचणी असतात..
पण "आम्हाला कळते काय ते...तुम्ही गप आम्ही म्हणतो तसे करा" असा आविर्भाव भाजपच्या कुठल्याच नेत्याचा कधीच नव्हता,नाही आणि नसेल.

आजही मला खात्री आहे की मोदी, शहा, नितीन नवीन, फडणवीस, रवींद्र चव्हाण हे नेते नियमित समर्थकांच्या प्रतिक्रिया जाणून घेत असतील.. त्याप्रमाणे काहीवेळा निर्णय घेत असतील, धोरण ठरवत असतील.
"आम्हाला कळते काय योग्य अयोग्य, तुम्ही नका शिकवू" हे यातील एकही नेता मनातही आणत नसेल याची खात्री आहे मला.

पण गेल्या काही महिन्यात मी इथे एक नवीनच प्रकार बघतोय...
भाजपला उद्देशून कुठलाही सल्ला दिला, विनंती केली की भाजपाचे नेते नाही पण इथले काही कालपरवा भाजपमध्ये आलेले अती उत्साही पदाधिकारी लगेच "तू नको अक्कल शिकवू, पक्षाला कळते चांगले वाईट, तुझे डोके नको चालवू, तुला राजकारण घंटा कळते" असले काहीबाही बोलत येतात.

मोदी शहा फडणवीस चव्हाण नवीन यांच्या तुलनेत आम्हाला काहीच राजकारण कळत नाही...अगदी मान्य..
पण काहीवेळा वेगळ्या बाजूने विचार करून काही सूचना दिल्या तर चूक काय?, जिथे पक्षाचा निर्णय चुकतोय असे वाटले, त्यामुळे पक्षाचे नुकसान होईल अशी भीती वाटली तर बोलायचे नाही?

काहीही झाले तरी निर्णय घेणारे कितीही वरिष्ठ असले तरी माणसेच असतात...त्यांचे निर्णयही चुकू शकतात की..
आमच्याकडून कधीच कुठलीच चूक होऊ शकत नाही असा दावा भाजपचा कुठलाच नेता कधीच करणार नाही.

उदा. उद्धव ठाकरेंशी 2019 मध्ये केलेली युती आणि राज ठाकरेंचा 2024 मध्ये घेतलेला पाठिंबा.. हे दोन्ही चुकीचे निर्णय होते आणि त्याची जबर किंमत भाजपला मोजावी लागली ही वस्तुस्थिती आहे.
पण त्या त्या वेळेस आम्ही काहीजण या निर्णयांना विरोध करत होतो तर तेव्हाही इथे काहीजण भाजपा नेत्यांना तुझ्यापेक्षा जास्त राजकारण कळते म्हणत होतेच की.
पण निर्णय चुकले हे खरेच आहे की.

माझे भाजपच्या इथल्या काही अतीउत्साही पदाधिकाऱ्यांना हेच सांगणे आहे..
आम्ही भाजपाचे समर्थक आहोत..भाजपाच्या काळजीपोटी, प्रेमापोटी बोलणार आणि बोलत राहणार.
त्यात आमचा उद्देश भाजपा नेत्यांना कळत नाही असे दाखवण्याचा नसून, जनभावना त्यांच्यापर्यंत पोचवणे हा असतो...त्यांना निर्णय घ्यायला, घेतलेले निर्णय गरज पडल्यास बदलायला त्यामुळे मदत होऊ शकते.

तो आमचा भाजपा समर्थक म्हणून हक्क आहेच शिवाय भाजपला जनभावना सांगत राहणे हे आमचे कर्तव्यही आहे.

आणि आम्ही ते करत राहणार...
