Had one the worst unprofessional service by @airvistara which led us to miss our flight and hotel at Srinagar. We had to book another flight ourselves with some other airline. We faced lot of harrasment and additional costs totalling 1.2 lakhs. cc @DGCAIndia

@leleportella I also dislike the expectation that minorities in tech somehow have to be in charge of making sure such candidates don't get in the door. Maybe there should be a way to figure this out without it exacting a toll upon the interviewers who have to be on the receiving end of it.

Log4j maintainers have been working sleeplessly on mitigation measures; fixes, docs, CVE, replies to inquiries, etc. Yet nothing is stopping people to bash us, for work we aren't paid for, for a feature we all dislike yet needed to keep due to backward compatibility concerns.

@GergelyOrosz Started meeting with them every week for 30 minutes to catch up on progress, call out if any dependencies were gonna blow up or something went off track. We spoke regularly via chat, but blocking some 1:1 time both improved our relationship and made our work together successful

Glassdoor might not be an accurate representation due to mixing of IT salaries with tech salaries. Devs with <3 yoe command that salary in Blr at the likes of Msft, Google, Amazon and even startups (Razorpay, Coinbase etc)
