So employees of @Lenskart_com are reaching out to me from all over Bharat, they all talk about video audits that dock points for wearing even a very small bindi. Hindu employees are denied leave for their festivals, but M employees can easily get days off for Eid. Video audits are going on even as we speak, in April 2026, so much for @peyushbansal’s claim that this policy was discontinued in February itself! #AntiHinduLenskart

Wow, thin skinned politicians afraid of criticism like @MahuaMoitra@ShashiTharoor and @sagarikaghose have blocked me before, but this is the first time, @Lenskart_com, a publicly listed company has blocked me, and yes, I have been a paying customer several times in the past. Well done @peyushbansal. Clearly shows your company has something to hide when the official handle starts blocking ordinary citizens for merely questioning policy that is in public domain! I take it as a badge of honour though :)
Received a concerning message from an employee at a Tech Mahindra BPO in Goregaon, alleging biased hiring practices, unequal workplace policies, and religious favoritism during festivals.
If true, this raises serious questions about corporate neutrality and fair work culture.
