We are pleased to share that the Singapore Court has sanctioned the Scheme proposed by Zettai in HC/SUM 940/2025 (“SUM 940”) with modification, marking a decisive step forward in the recovery journey.

What Happens Next:

» Now that the Scheme is sanctioned, Zettai Pte Ltd will file the order with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)

» Post-filing the order, the WazirX platform will restart within 10 business days, as originally envisioned

This milestone brings us to the final stage of restructuring, ensuring that all promised benefits under the Scheme are preserved and paving the way for distributions, trading, and the issuance of Recovery Tokens to begin.

📢 Update on Court-Directed Next Steps

At the hearing of HC/SUM 940/2025 on 3 September 2025, the Singapore High Court issued directions on the filing of an Indian law expert affidavit by certain opposing creditors (the “Relevant Non-Parties”). As the expert affidavit filed by the Relevant Non-Parties was not compliant with the Court’s directions, the Court has issued further directions for the Relevant Non-Parties to file a replacement affidavit.

The current timelines in connection with the above are as follows:

1) The Relevant Non-Parties are to file the replacement expert affidavit by 19 September 2025, 12 PM SGT / 9.30 AM IST

2) If the Relevant Non-Parties file the replacement expert affidavit by the timeline above, Zettai Pte Ltd (“Zettai”) is to file their Indian law expert reply affidavit by 22 September 2025, 2 PM SGT / 11.30 AM IST

3) The Relevant Non-Parties and Zettai are to file their written submissions by 26 September 2025, 2 PM SGT / 11.30 AM IST

The Court has not fixed a further hearing date at this juncture.

The directions above only concern the Relevant Non-Parties and Zettai. No action on the part of the other WazirX Users is required.

We will update the community as soon as the next hearing date is confirmed.
