@SingaporeAir not refunding my hard-earned money for a canceled flight since last year. The agent @AkbarTravelsIN keeps coming back with different email quotes from airlines and defers the refund. I am highly disappointed & annoyed @SingaporeAir to see such unprofessionalism.

@SingaporeAir @AkbarTravelsIN Thanks for your response. I booked on 19th March, whereas the global waiver policy applies for tickets booked on/before 15th Match. So, unless @SingaporeAir gives grace for my case, I won't get a full refund. Kindly reconsider my case on compassionate ground.

@SingaporeAir I had a flight on 20th March '20 from Bangalore to Melbourne which has been canceled. The agent @AkbarTravelsIN advised me deductions that is about 60% of the cost I have paid. Is this fair? Is it my fault that the flight got canceled?

@airindiain No one is interested in booking through agents.Please immediately cancel all your partnership with ticketing partners.Everyone of us have access to internet, we can book our tickets online. This is not the time to make money&pay commission on top of already overpriced tickets
