this video is kids content, in shorts, generated at volume. that's the bottom of all three, at once.

a channel marked made for kids can't serve personalized ads. that's a legal requirement, not a YouTube preference. so contextual is all that runs, and contextual pays a fraction of what personalized does.

shorts get paid from a pooled model too, revenue split across the whole feed, not attributed per video the way long-form is.

stack those two, and you're not anywhere near the $2,000-$5,000 band being implied. you're nowhere close.

the hook says $630/day.

and to be fair, the setup itself works. the images render, the shorts export, the pipeline is real.

what doesn't survive is the arithmetic on the other side of it.
